REFUND POLICY

Our policy refunds are provided where required in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

Damaged or Faulty Product

If you have opened your CM skincare parcel only to find a faulty or damaged product, email us within 14 days at info@cmskincare.com.au with your order details and some photos of the damaged goods. We'll then organise either a refund or replacement.


Change of Mind

If you have purchased CM skincare products and have changed your mind once you received them, We can only accept returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days of purchasing. Return shipping will also be at the cost of the customer and you will assume all risk for lost, stolen or damaged goods during transit. Be sure to email us at info@cmskincare.com.au to check that you will qualify for a refund before sending it back.

Adverse Reactions or skin Purging

In the unlikely but absolute terrible event that one of our products has caused a reaction on your skin, please email us at info@cmskincare.com.au as soon as possible with your order details so we can investigate further. The CM skincare team will then advise on the next steps from there. Our products have a shelf life of 24 months so if your product has exceeded this period, we do recommend ceasing use right away as we can’t guarantee the results after this time.

Our formulas are 100% active and if after commencing cm skincare your skin experiences a detox or skin purge this is normal, and you can continue the use of the product.

If you have any known allergies or sensitivities, we highly recommend reading through our full ingredient list before purchasing from us.

 

Return shipping will also be at the cost of the customer and you will assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you to ensure your parcel. CM skincare Pty Ltd will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Shipping & Deliveries

Upon placement of your order, we will send an order confirmation, please contact us at info@cmskincare.com.au if you do not receive this email within 12hrs.

Free shipping on Australian and New Zealand orders over $150. Please note that if discounts, coupons or other offers reduce the value of the order to below $150, free shipping does not apply.

 

SHIPPING COSTS

Standard Shipping – Flat rate of $10 for all standard orders

Express Shipping – $13

International Standard Shipping - Flat rate of $35

International Express Shipping - $50

Upon confirmation of your order, the products will be dispatched to your nominated address within 2 business days from the date of confirmation. However, our team may extend the shipping delays with any unforeseen circumstances. If this was to occur, we will advise you accordingly.

We are currently unable to ship to P.O. boxes.

Standard International orders may take 6 -10 business days and Express International orders 3- 7days business days.

If you are ordering internationally from the CM skincare website, your order may be subject to additional tax and duties fees.

Unfortunately, we do not cover tax and duties fees at this time.

Due to the nature of our products a signature will be required to collect your parcel. If no one is at home, your parcel will be taken to the local post office and will receive a slip with details and collection times or left in a safe place at your home.

 

POSSIBLE DELAYS
All shipments may encounter delays due to high volume or bad weather that extends beyond the expected delivery time frame provided by the carrier. While these delays are uncommon, they are a reality of shipping logistics.

 

CANCELLATIONS
You may email info@cmskincare.com.au within 12 hours of placing your order during business hours to request a cancellation. Once we have begun to prepare an order, it is not possible to cancel. Refunds for cancellations are applied once we provide confirmation.

PROMOTIONS
While we enjoy customer participation, we can only accept one promotion code per order. Promotions are conditional upon quantity and specified time range.
