By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
CM skincare Pty Ltd may modify the Terms and Conditions without further notice beyond updating this page, continued use of the website indicates your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as well as future revisions.
Users should be aware that no federal agency has deemed the products listed on the website to be intended to treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical ailment. Users should not construe the information provided as a guarantee of treatment with using any product or service. Our information on our products listed herein provides our suggestions and recommendations from our own testing and knowledge base, the user accepts that they will be held liable for any risks of using the site or services rendered by CM skincare Pty Ltd. In addition, although we put significant effort into monitoring the website integrity, we accept no liability that the website itself is free from viruses, defects, malware, or errors that may affect the functionality of the website.
This website provides information about CM Skincare Pty Ltd, our business, products, and services, including the ability to purchase products. The information is not medical advice, and any content should not be used as a guarantee or assurance of any treatment or use of any product.
Our store is hosted on square space. They provide us with an online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Our services
We will do our best to prevent any delays or interruptions to the website, but we cannot promise that the website will be available at all times. We may stop the operation of part of the website or all of it, at any time and without any advising you. However, we will not be responsible for any loss, cost, damage or liability that may arise as a result.
Booking a service Online – Terms of Use
Appointment Availability & Cancellations
Appointment times are subject to change at any time, and we cannot guarantee that the time you have selected will be confirmed. Once you have booked an appointment you should receive a confirmation email or text from Fresha.com. If you do not receive a confirmation email or text, please contact us on info@cmskincare.com.au and we can investigate this further for you. Please book carefully as you will only be reserved in for the time you select, if you wish to add on a service this must be done so at the time of booking to reserve the time on the day. Please note if you are a new client, you will require a consultation and will need to book this in when booking online. CM skincare takes not liable for incorrect online books and can refuse full or partial treatment on the day if needed for any reason. If you have booked incorrectly online, please contact info@cmskincare.com.au as we can assist you further.

Your Account
You must provide accurate and complete information about yourself when requested by a relevant form on this website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account, password and electronic device. All activity made under your account is your responsibility.
Payment Methods
You will need to enter your card details to book an appointment, you will not be charged until you finish your treatment. Please refer to the cancellation policy if you need to cancel or do not show. We accept most major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express
Premises
At our CM skincare salon, we reserve the right to refuse treatment to anyone who is deemed to display abusive behaviour, disruptive behaviour, aggression, or inappropriate treatment towards any of our staff, therapists or other clients. We also reserve the right to ask those who display such behaviour to leave our premises at any given time, and involve the Police Force, under Australian Government Law, for protection against such behaviour.
Valuables
At our CM skincare salon, your personal belongings remain solely your responsibility and we kindly ask you to take care of your valuables. We hereby exclude ourselves of any liability for lost, stolen, damaged or misplaced personal items when travelling to and from your appointment and whilst you are in the salon.
Modifications to the services and prices
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
Products or service
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
We reserve the right but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
Accuracy of billing and account information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
Method of Payment
Our checkout is secured with SSL encryption and is operated through Square Space. For your convenience, we provide the following method of payment:
1. Credit card – transaction fee may be applied by your provider
2. Afterpay – please view terms and conditions of Afterpay at https://www.afterpay.com/en-AU/terms-of-service
3. EFT/direct debit
Afterpay
Afterpay allows you to pay for your purchases over 4 instalments due every 2 weeks. In some cases, Afterpay may require you to make a payment at the time of purchase. You must be 18 years old and the authorised cardholder of an eligible debit/credit card to apply. There is no interest of fees*
If your payment fails, AfterPay will charge you a late payment fee of $10, and a subsequent fee of $7 is then applied if they still have not received your payment seven days later.
Your payment schedule will be emailed to you, and you can also receive reminder text messages for payments from AfterPay. You can also download the AfterPay App to keep track of your purchases and payments. You will need to ensure your nominated bank account or card has enough funds available at the time your payment will be debited.
If you wish to refund and this has been approved with cmskincare.com.au, Depending on where you are in your payment schedule, and whether it is a full or partial refund. For the full details, we recommend looking at the “Refunds” section of the terms and conditions on AfterPay’s website. Please contact us if you wish to return an item you have purchased through us using AfterPay.

Gift Cards
CM Skincare with discretion may refuse to sell gifts cards to any person at any time for any reason. Purchasing or using the gift card means that you accept these conditions. If the gift card is defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen cards will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed. The gift card is redeemable for products or services at CM Skincare. Gift Vouchers are Not redeemable for cash. Gift Cards must be redeemed before the expiry date shown on the card and Will be voided and will not be redeemed after the expiry date. Cash/credit will not be given for any unused portion of gift card value. Purchases exceeding the available balance will require the difference to be paid by other methods. Gift Vouchers can be partially redeemed. CM Skincare gift cards are only valid.
ALL GIFT CARDS WILL EXPIRE 3 YEARS FROM THE DATE OF ISSUE WHERE STATED.
Promotions
Current promotions are only valid at the current time. CM skincare reserve the right to change and remove this at any time without notice.
Data Privacy
Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy. See Privacy Policy for information about the Company's privacy policy.
Returns
Merchandise returns must be made in accordance with Company's return policy available at Returns and Refunds.
Intellectual Property
All Program design, text, graphics, logos, images, titles, phrases and product names and the copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade dress and/or other intellectual property in such materials are owned by the Company.

Certain content, products and services available via our Service may include materials from third parties.
Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites, or for any other materials, products, or services of third parties.

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

What skin types are CM skincare products suitable for?
Our products are appropriate for all skin types: however; patch testing before use is recommended, if you have reactive, allergy-prone skin, please read ingredients lists carefully before use. All products are for topical use only, do not ingest.
Please consult your medical practitioner if you have any underlying medical condition,
prior to use of the products.
Are you cruelty-free?
We’re committed to being cruelty-free: this means we do not test on animals at any stage of product development, and we will only work with vendors who uphold the same standards.
Can I sell the products on my own site?
Your purchase of CM Skincare Pty Ltd products is only for your personal use. By purchasing CM skincare products, you agree not to resell or distribute such products for any commercial purposes. We may reject or cancel an order if we have reason to believe that your order is not for your personal use.
Can you help with a product I bought from a third-party marketplace?
We’re only able to guarantee the authenticity of products purchased on cmskin.com.au or at our salon location, and through authorized partnerships. We’re also not able to process returns or exchanges or otherwise assist with orders not placed through cmskincare.com or at our salon location.
CM Skincare is currently the only authorised seller. Purchases else wear will not be covered under CM skincare terms of use.
Governing laws
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.
